Detailed Description of Significance:

Vodu is also called Pa Winti. He is the father of the snakes and the husband of the highest divinity, the goddess Aisa. Pa Winti is male and Mama Aisa is female. This spirit has his bath prepared in a calabash or earthen-ware bowl with a snake of two on it. A Winto bath contain herbs and beverages specific to that spirit. The Vodu spirits are diverse.
