Detailed Description of Significance:

Ogum Xoroquê is an avatar of Ogum, closely related to Exú.  The silver color of the helmet is appropriate because Ogum is the god of iron.  The helmet has 2 horns and pitchfork which are associated in the Rio de Janeiro style of Candomblé with the Exú and  the  devil.  The crossed swords are typical symbols of Ogum.
